          IntellEcomm’s management team comprises of three managing partners that are highly seasoned consultants with 25+ years of industry experience. Each of our managing patterns are practitioners and as well, are dedicated engagement managers for client initiatives, large or small. We take a hands-on approach and ensure communication is constant and timely with the client project authority. Through periodic status reviews we engage with our client on a very hands-on and personal level to ensure successful delivery of their projects.

We provide value-added services through our hands-on management approach on each of our engagements which includes:

1. Engagement Management:

One of our managing partners is assigned as the Engagement Manager on each of our client engagement large or small. In their capacity, they are in constant touch with our consultants as well as the client manager. They will intimately familiar with the client goals and will use project management principles to help our consultant meet client objective. Issues will be raised on a timely basis. Our “High touch” approach with our client ensures we are meeting all our client objective

2. Client Reporting:

We provide status/progress report on all our engagements on a period basis (weekly, bi-weekly or monthly)

3. Team Collaboration:

Our team of management consultants will provide support, guidance, help to our consultant. Our experiences with organizations such as CPPIB, TD, CIBC, BMO CM, ScotiaBank and more, provide us with the unique ability to help our consultants maneuver through any situation. This team collaborative approach ensures that are client receives all the value-add benefits of engaging a boutique consulting firm such as ours.
